I applied for my student visa 3 days ago but had to change my return flight information afterward. On my Schengen visa application I put that I would be in Spain for 125 days. My arrival flight is the same but I had to change my return flight from May 12th out of Barcelona to June 5th out of Zurich, Switzerland. Perhaps I can just go to Switzerland before my visa expires since it's not an EU country? But I was hoping to be in Spain and the EU countries for more than 125 days. I applied for a long stay visa. With this do they usually give you only the days you put on your form or does your visa allow you to be in the EU for up to 180 days as long as you applied for the long stay? I thought that this would be the case, that I would just get the visa for 180 days so I didn't worry about it but I'm starting to freak out that I might have made a mistake. Can anyone help me?
