Reading this posting in the forum has really irritated me. I normally try to be positive in my interactions with others, but certain actions get my temper flowing. This is an outright violation of the Globo policy against personal advertisements in the Fora or in our other postings. Even though it is not a direct advertisement, it violates the spirit of this site. Someone should help this new member understand that this is not acceptable.

Ricardo, we usually post such tips under "Travel-Tips" and specifically "Tour Operators"! This entry might be deleted here (and the same one at "General Travel Advice"! Otherwise looking forward to pictures and stories from Peru and New York...

Thanks to Russ and Rudi, I agree and have deleted.
I am sorry that I didn't see it first and avoid undue irritation.
Maybe Ricardo dosen't understand that Globo does not offer free advertising on the forum as it seems the only two contributions he has made has been to post very obvious advertising that is not appreciated and in doing so should be banned from the site.

Thanks, Kerrie. I was afraid that I had spouted off too rapidly. Some people have an intelligent way of trying to circumvent the spirit of this site. I appreciate all that you do.
