You will find them here: http://www.ptsm.com.pl/2eng/ The closest to the Warsaw Central Station (Warszawa Centralna) are those ones on Smolna St and Karolkowa St. You can also search hostels.com for private hostels. I live in Vienna and here are a lot of hotels next to the railway stations in different price levels. I would recommend you to visit http://www.wien.info because the site offers a lot of information about vienna and a list of Viennese hotels and youth hostels. I hope I could help you a bit.
