Hi,
My parents volunteer for the Youth Hosteling Association (YHA) in England and wales if you try www.yha.org.uk you may get some info there. however There Hostels are mainly for a more mature age group not so many parties at all. For the Independent Hostels it may be a better idea to contact each one indevidually.
Good Luck

Matt

I worked at Pen-y-pass YHA over the summer. Your best bet is to phone recruitment, the number will be on www.yha.org. It is best to apply early, for next summer they will be recruiting in Febuary or March. I found the staff were generally quite young (twenties or thirties), and very fun to work with. Though that may only be true of "active" areas like N. Wales and the Lakes. It was an amazing experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
