World time clock in Chat

When interacting with other members sometimes you are not aware what time zone they are living in. I though it could be good to have world time watches somewhere in the chat frame. Pehaps underneath the say input box. LA: Munich: New York: Moskau: Delhi: Bejing: Tokio: Syndey: Or could it be possible to have the time next to the member name depending where they loogged in from?
