Thanks for your comments on my report.
Yes, of course, there are several travel agencies in Yakutsk that can arrange the permit to Tiksi. I contacted all of them and nobody even replied, because they do not work for kopecks. They all want to sell you 5 stars hotels and expensive services, and we were a group of travellers on the cheap, we slept in inexpensive private houses buying food in the supermarkets, and we did not even order transfer from the airport, etc.
That is why they did not answer. But after my friend Tafao, who was there in 2008 and bought many services and excursions to a travel agency, always first class hotels, always under expensive conditions, recommended me (and the manager from the travel agency where I work in Spain wrote them), then that travel agency immediately helped us with the permit to Tiksi!
Then I went alone to Yakutsk to collect the permit, just in case, and arranged everything for the journey 12 days before my friends’ arrival!
