right now i am living in cordoba, argentina. itīs an amazing city. itīs the second largest city in argentina but it has a small city feel. all of the people are incredibly nice. if youīre in argentina cordoba is a must see.
right now i am living in cordoba, argentina. itīs an amazing city. itīs the second largest city in argentina but it has a small city feel. all of the people are incredibly nice. almost no one speaks english, but they all are very patient with foreigners. the city is surrounded by the sierra mountains, which are absolutely beautiful to visit. itīs very easy to get around the city, and to get out of the city. iīve been here since the end of july (2005) and will be here until this christmas. if youīre in argentina cordoba is a must see.
Favourite spots:
i really loved parque sarrmiento where you can sit and drink mate or pass the day in a paddle boat in the little river. las sierras chicas are fabulous, and a great place to go horseback riding if you have the opportunity.
What's really great:
the people are incredible. itīs a huge mix of italian, spanish and argentine people. everyone is very friendly here and very patient for the people who donīt know spanish or donīt know it very well. the spanish accent is quite a bit different, but of all the spanish iīve ever heard i think it is the most beautiful here.
