Jeddah is the main port of the Saudi peninsuela. Coming from Sudan it was the first western like civilasation seen by us for weeks. ATM machines, Mac Donald's and well mantained roads. Jeddah is a place where you can get your hands on anything you might need.
Favourite spots:
The Petrol stations were my favourite spots because of the incredible low fuel prices! I was treating my Swiss friends with a fill up on my behalf...
What's really great:
The good infrastructure after coming from the African continent.
Accommodations:
We camped near a petrol station.
Restaurants:
Everything is available expect alcohol and pork...
