Free in London for 5 days, I was filled with excitement and I enjoyed my stay very much. BIG BEN is still very big, the Thames River is just beautiful and the view is to die for.
I realize that Hetro International Airport is not only as busy as they say it is, it is also very big. I could not help but to notice the "Way Out" and "toilet" signs as oppossed to the the translated American "Exit" and "Restroom"however.
Favourite spots:
I really loved the Tower Bridge which I thought at first was the London Bridge until I took a real tour LOL. Buckingham palace was also very beautiful with the guards and the greenery. I enjoyed this restaurant that my sister-in-law took me to called Haandi most of all.
What's really great:
It is an excellent place for a quiet evening out for dinner in Knightsbridge, Central London.Haandi Specializes in North Indian Frontier Cuisine and my favorite of course is the curried chicken. The name of the restaurant Haandi actually means cooking pot. It is a pot made out of clay with a concave base which allows for even distribution of the heat.
Sights:
