New York from the eyes of a first time visitor it was a very nice suprise and a very nice holiday and one that we will be repeating again this year as we feel that we could have done it better.
Our first visit to New York was a travel experience, it was not a holiday as such but it was a rush. It was a rush of noise of smells of colours and of people in fact it was pretty amazing. We did all the tourist things but then we explored on foot and we saw the New York we wanted to see although we felt safe wherever we went we certainly never took any chances ie Central Park late at night.
Favourite spots:
Wow where do you start Empire State Building late at night was amazing it semed actually peaceful in the middle of New York. The Bronx Zoo what a great place so much to see. China Town it was amazing colours sounds and smells.
What's really great:
A night dinner/dance cruise on the river was very special it was theperfect night.
Accommodations:
We stayed at the Bently Hotel 62nd and East and it was a very clean and very suitable hotel for the price we paid.
