GLOBOmonochrome: I noticed that a few members also post pictures of the oldie "black & white" type and that they are not always rated well. Truth is that these are extremely dificult to take. The absence of colour and the recognition of light intensity and shades is very complicated. Similar to our discussions on the techniques of underwater photography, I hope that some members can give us some tips, please add more or just discuss some of the pictures I found at GLOBO:
....some may ask why B&W in this era? It was always chosen and still is for press and art around the world, reproduction costs like for newspapers is only a 1/20th the cost!
