Hi GLOBO's

When I saw the two pictures posted by picasso, I thought this could be another interesting discussion. Picture composition...

Look at the two here:

http://www.globosapiens.net/picasso/picture-the-majesty-13803.html

http://www.globosapiens.net/picasso/picture-powerful-thunder-13802.html

Which picture of the same scene do you like more?

Why is it so?

Martin

I like the picture that you listed first. This is an close-up of the same waterfalls. The second photograph has too broad of a field for my taste, and therefore was given a rating of ***. However, the first picture showed the falls as a powerful force. I liked that, so it was given ****. There definitely is a diffence in the feelings invoked by the two different photos.

I rate just like Russ. The first is superbly balanced picture, has a date-marking in it though. In the second the bottom of the falls is somewhat incomplete/hidden. Both are super in someway, perhaps the size of the falls or generally/text cause that missing extra star that some pictures get.

PS: Look a lot like the Mac-Mac Falls near Sabi (Mpumalanga, RSA)
