Member opinion: Cafe Rogue is a chain restaurant but what makes this restaurant is the location. Located on the other side of the bridge from Kew Gardens, it has a wonderful little balcony where you can dine alfresco, overlooking the river. On a sunny day this is really perfect. The food is really nice and they have a charming fix prix lunch time menu for around £8.95 for two courses.
