Member opinion: This is rather a cafeteria than a restaurant. First time that I went there was because I adore Russian chocolate, especially Grillage, and indeed, in this cafeteria/resataurant they sell this chocolate (much better than Swiss Toblerone!).
I only had a hot chocolate but in the menu I saw Russian, French and Italian dishes.
By the way, in you way back home from Moscow, buy Grillage chocolate, it is delicious! In Yelisaevki magasin, in Tverskaya, they sell it by weight, or in the perehod (under the metro) in station Arbatskaya there are many kiosks selling this chocolate.
