Member opinion: The best interne in town! The whole night, from 10 PM to 7 AM will cost you only 100 rubles. They also serve soups (chinese) and drinks, including chai and coffee, for a few rubles. You can even sleep on the table. There is a toilet too. IOt is best to spend the night there than in any hotel, where you will pay about 1000 rubles per night if you are a foreigner and do not know Russian language.
