Member opinion: The cafe and bar located below the restaurant of the same name had great draft beer, Pulsar, for 900 sum, half the normal price. The drinks were nicely chilled and the shashlik stand in the pavement opposite grilled good choice of meats. In addition, they could do simple food like dumplings, which were very good.
