Member opinion: Near Toki Telpak Furushon and the Omar Hotel, this local restaurant cooked great Uzbek dishes. Their best one was pielmieni, an Uzbek style won-ton soup with meat dumplings, full of chives, dill and baby onions. Chicken shashliks were not bad at all, either. It had a nicely shaded patio and the service was great.
