Member opinion: from the Sukhumvit, Bangkok the best way and most conventient method to get to MO CHIT bus station is by metered taxi. at most 150 Baht including the 40 Baht highway toll fee.
MO CHIT bus station connects most of Thailand by 'BUS'. some buses can be like a shanti on wheels, but mostly you can book a aircon bus, usually it includes light refreshments, however, if your journey is at least 4 hours then i recommend you take any food/ drink you may need. there are 7-11 food stores at the bus station for all kinds of snacks, drinks & basic hot take away - spicy sausages.
N.B. try to get your hotel to write down in thai your destination and ticket type required, this makes everything much easier.
