Member opinion: This is a popular restaurant and cafeteria where you can order only coffee, or just appertizers and sit down.
It is located in the corner with Arbat street, but Vilka and Lojka, which means in Russianfork and spoon, is a chain of restaurants around many russian cities. I have been in its filial in Novosibirsk as well.
Good prices, it is always ful because the excellent good Russian food.
