any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated, as all the consulates i email and call are either unresponsive, don't answer the phone, or don't know what to tell me.
basically, i wanna live in france for 3-6 months and work while i'm there. i'll be a part time student while i'm there, but i'm told a student visa does not allow me to work, so i have to look into other types of visas because i'm broke! any advice?
i'm currently living in the UK, so i also need to know if i have to apply for this visa from the states or if i can do it from here. help!
nope! only that the french kinda look the other way if you work without a work permit. as long as you keep your nose clean. no easy way to do it legally as far as i can tell--but i definitely could have missed something. work permits are such hairy bastards. grr. good luck!
