A beautiful and very very clean city. The locals really do make you feel at home. Many people who have not visited this country say it is expensive but it is quite the opposite as long as you find the right places !!

Favourite spots:
Sentosa

What's really great:
The way everyone was so friendly and willing to help.

Sights:
Sentosa island

Accommodations:
If you want a double bed you only need to ask for a single room as most hostels have double beds in rooms. Unless you want to pay the equivalant of a pricey hotel do not stay at the ymca!!

Restaurants:
Follow a local to the food courts where you will find great food at cheap prices. You will even be taught how to use chop sticks if you are spotted having difficulty !!

Other recommendations:
Take a trip over to malaysia on a short bus journey
