The Zambezi River separates Zim or Zimbabwe and Zambia; with is main focus Victoria Falls. Discovered by David Livingstone a Scottish missionary in 1855 and named it after Queen Victoria.
The Falls National Park can be acccessed from either the Zambian or Zimbabwean side and can be a majestic wonder with many activities available from white river rafting, bungy jumping, abseiling or the canyon swing. If your aim of visiting the park is to white water rives then in the dry season it is perfect, as the river is low and all 24 rapids can be navigated.
