Bacchus is a stylish restaurant located in the Cudahy Tower, overlooking Lake Michigan...a part of the Milwaukee skyline since 1929. The restaurant opened in 2004 to great fanfare, the latest addition to the Bartolotta family's series of outstanding Milwaukee dining spots. It's class, class, class.
My personal favorites are the free-range Amish chicken with summer vegetables and herb jus ($18.50) and the Filet of Beef with butter whipped potatoes and cabernet wine sauce ($30.00). For dessert, don't miss the incredible “Caribe” Chocolate Tart made with Valrhona chocolate (a French favorite rarely seen on this side of the Atlantic).
If you're looking for a classy night out, or just a couple of martinis, this is the place.
