Did you try it? bohicaaz - Dec, 13 2007 03:12pm I've seen a javalina eating this with the thorns and all but haven't tried it myself. Most of these desert plants have edible parts and a lot of them have water stored in them that you can extract if you know what you are looking for. Tough country for sure.
