These are a few pictures of the area in and around Goblin Valley State park. Its a small State Park in the middle of the many National Parks that dot Southern Utah's Red Rock Country. As of my last visit (April 2003) the entrance fee was only $5per car, and just outside the park is BLM (Bureau of Land Management) land, so you can camp for free in almost any reasonable place you can find. Pick a direction in this beautiful park and get lost among it's hoodo formations (look like mushrooms to me) and slot canyons. Be careful though because around the next corner could be a 200' cliff.
