During our stay in New Hampshire (October '09) we also spent a day in two impressive areas of the Franconia Notch State Park. First we hiked the Flume gorge and enjoyed the typical colours of Indian summer in the woods. After taking the aerial tramway onto Cannon Mountain we suddenly found ourselves in a deep-frozen winter wonderland. A great day!
