Corn Island - Nicaragua, Zelaya This is what the majority of Big Corn Island looks like. It is largely undeveloped, with a variety of corrugated metal shacks. There are two nice hotels and a number of smaller bed and breakfast or casita type arrangements. Two large beached exist, one on the north type and the other on the west side of the island. If you want to get away, this is it.
