Food vendors at the Little Saigon Night Market held annually from mid-June through the first weekend in September at the Asian Garden Mall (9200 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683) on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7 pm to 11 pm. This stall sells banh trang nuong (also called a 'Vietnamese taco'), which is a round sheet of dried rice flour paper that is charcoal-grilled as an egg is scrambled on top, atop which cooked ground pork, diced spring onions, crispy-fried sliced shallots and Sriracha chili sauce are added. It is very popular and the line often quite long.
