I'm just trying to edit my report on Venice, but every time I try to save the new text my screen goes white and the word 'done' appears in the taskbar. Can you have a look at it for me. I think it's also happening to my Athens report also. Thanks for your assistance. Also, is it possible to delete a report, because I could just delete it and recreate the report. I wanted to add some information and correct a spelling error, but is doing exactly what Misty is describing. I just tried this with my account and it worked. Then I did add a full stop to your first paragraph: "of Venice." and this worked as well. I think there is a problem in this specific case you have due to a character. So it would be helpful to know the paragraph and all the steps you take before the screen tunrs white (which indicates a serious error). As soon as I can reproduce the error I can fix it. Basically I go into edit report, then select the section I want to edit, ie general description. Usually I copy/paste from Word, then try to save it. It is at this point that the screen goes white and nothing else happens. If I go back or refresh the screen, I lose the infomation I've just added. When I try to edit the Intro, I get a syntax error and then a run time error with every key stoke. I hope you can help. It allowed me to insert the letter for the misspelled word, but under restaurants, when I go to edit midway through the paragraph, after the word Guuatemala, the sentence ", served on palm sized torillas. " and save, I still get the white screen, The same is true if I try to add on to that paragraph. This is not a big thing, but thought you should know since Misty is experiencing a similar problem.
