My film "What the Sultan Saw” highlights the history of Turkey & Constantinople/Istanbul, featuring the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman Empires. This tour of western and central Turkey stars Cappadocia (land of fairy chimneys), Ephesus (& other Roman cities), the Turkish Riviera, plus shopping for the magic flying carpet.
