This stone (Intihuata-na) was problaby used to obseve the stars and the sun. It means (the place where the sun is tied" in Quecha.

An Altar? Quite close or underneath this is also a massive stone noted as having the most flat faces (sides) of any stone sculpture there, perhaps worldwide?
