Gyantse - China, Tibet Inside the Monastery. The atmosphere was magical. The Tormas were very impressive, and so nicely decorated! Tormas are sculptures made out of Tsampa (flour, yak butter and tea).The flat disque represent the real spiritual energy in tormas. They usually shaped as flowers.
