Lake Titicaca is divided between Peru and Bolivia, the lake is the highest navigable lake in the world at over 3800 metres. The lake is over 8000Km. square.
Lake Titicaca is home of the Uros Indians, who are living on floating islands made of reeds.
Amantani and Taquile are the two main islands.
