There is a tremendous feeling of seeing this incredible sight. Towering ahead of this site is Huana Picchu. For centuries this sight was buried in the jungle of the cloud forrest until Hiram Bingham stumbled upon it in 1911. It was the only major inca sight to escape 400 years of looting and destruction as the Spannish never found it. Machu Picchu means "the old mountain" in Quecha. A lot of mysteries still surounds this site, how the Inca lived, why did they abandoned their city...
This site is incredible and is a wonder of the world
