Fossilized logs's by geri

Petrified Forest National Park - United States, Arizona Millions of years ago, rivers carried dead trees into the lowlands. Some trees were deposited on the plains adjacent to the rivers. Most of them decomposed and disappeared. But a few were petrified, becoming the beautiful fossilized logs we see today.
