I got a problem Andy,
An Ex of mine has tracked down this website, she goes under the name Kriskowel. I was with this girl for 3 years and then we went our seperate ways and I havnt seen her in about a year. However she claims I owe her money and she came online today in the chat room saying that she wants to see me and all sorts of stuff. She isnt too stable I think, I dont know what to do? Mortimer was online when she was as well. I dont know what to do about her. Is there anyway we can limit her access or something. I dont know how she got this website but its really upset me...she wont leave me alone.
Any help or advice would be great.

No offence Matt, but I think you should change the wording on your post.
perhaps you should ask Andy for a block sender feature in the chat room.
I don't think it's appropriate to air your personal life on a travel site, nor is it appropriate to make it known to others you want this person banned from the site.
you put Andy in a spot by this post.
how does he know you never just made up the story because you don't like the person?

Hello Matt,
there is an easy solution for this:
Inside the chat room, tell her that you are going to ignore with the press of the botton now. Bye. Then press the green check mark next to her user name in the chat, and you will not see any postings by her.
As for your contact fuction, just ignore her e-mails. Guest book postings can be deleted. I am sure you will get rid of her within a few days.
As Ta-Shy had a good point about not restricting other members by request who did no harm to the community, I must say that such posts asking for help inside the "member intern talk" forum which is restricted on access are ok.

It was never my intention to put anyone in a tight spot with my request. . I am just fed up of her harrasing me and didnt know what to do about it.... All your advice is useful and I would hope thats those who know me on hear would know that I would never ask to restrict anyones access just because I didnt like them.
Ta_shy , Andy knows me a little better than you do and I was just asking for his advice ......sorry if you were offended. I never intended to put my personal life on here she came into the chat room and started harrassing me Mort was there he can tell ya. Im just trying to prevent you guys from having to put up with her like I had to.
Andy , I have no problems with her if she wants to become a bone fide Globo, its just I dont get the impression she will ......Ill do as you advise for now. ---

hii mat,
i agree with ta-shy for not putting personal matter exposed to all ,since this was put in general forum with unwanted guest ,that is why ta-shy wrote the comments.
andy has very wisely given a solution ,just ignore the person shom u want to avoid ,this i am telling just assuming that u are right .
