Procession in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. |

|
Seminyak is one of the tourist spots of Bali on the southern tip of the island, some ten minutes from the airport. Together with Legian and Kuta, Seminyak create a long string of hotels, shops, restaurants, clubs and, of course, the great sandy beach. It is in fact a great place to party. The options are almost limitless. Many places now offer also free wifi hotspots, for those with internet-enabled mobile phones and laptops. The beach can become crowded, but it often has something interesting happening, like martial art classes practised by local schoolchildren under a watchful eye of their teacher. From historical point of view, there is little to see there. Many travellers try to stay away from Seminyak's hassle and bustle.
