If you are going to go to Mazatlan, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use Vista Tours. I had tried to book a tour with them starting in APRIL for our trip in September (it is not the middle of August). Not only did Victoria (our contact) take riduculously long to respond to a simple question, even after talking to one of her peers who said she would get back to us within a day (latest 2 days), she still NEVER got back to us. I would not trust them whatsoever. If you have visited the Maztravel site you will see a coupon for a discount with them but if you attempt to use the discount, I think they're way of saying they don't want your business is that they will not return any e-mails or messages.
Do not waste your money with this company. They are unprofessional and dishonest and I would be afraid even if i did confirm a booking with them that my tour would not go smoothly or as planned.
Vista Tours made us feel like our business was not wanted; don't use them.
