Also there is the sacred secrecy where much of the ceremony is performed out of sight of the attending Laity. In Ireland it is very unlikely that faithful Christians would attend such extended sessions of prayer. jorgesanchez - Dec, 09 2007 09:12am Hugh, in Russia is still worse, because you have to stand up, no benches to sit down! It was raining outside, I had to wait 5 hours for my boat to Ancona, Italy, and, anyway, I loved the ceremony.
