this shot from so high up was virtually impossible to get. i took the shot 10 times and this one came out best.

For night shots a tripod is essential, if you don't have one try to put your camera down and use the self timer shutter. My Hong Kong pics were done by posing on a mounted binocular.

i would have liked to have had a tripod, but i did put the camera down to keep it as still as possible. it was a bit too windy to keep from shaking. maybe ill try again on a calmer day.

If you were outside at the top of the Stratosphere it certainly would have been windy, too windy for me to go on any of those crazy rides.

I kinda like the colours against the black, which makes it a good shot, but not great.
