Amanda, like Isabelle does with buildings, why cut the feet off people or buildings? I am "anal" like other members have described me , in this case just wished you aimed lower when you shot this picture. This could have been ***** if you tilted down a bit?

I felt a little intimidated taking this picture, as they were working men and this was me doing it on the sly. Fair comment though.

I tried to rate this photograph as a five star but I got this message: Our System has detected a possible fraud upgrading of this picture. Upgrading describes the process of rating a picture far lower, than a fair valuation of it would allow. Please reconsider your choice and be fair while rating on GLOBO. Thank you

What is the point of the rating system?!!!

Amanda, thanks for giving us an insight of one of the subcultures of India. It is interesting that they are so open; I would have never thought.

Amanda, these people are more commonly known as "hijras" - for lack of an apt word, I would say - the unfortunates who cannot be categorised as men or women. They do dress up as women and are social entertainers in most weddings and childbirths in India.with the pace at which the subcontinent is moving and losing cultural/social norms- these people have just another means of earning their daily bread- on the streets of metros.
