My new found experience and that was having a typical ice cream in Devon. I was introduced by a local to try any flavour ice cream with clotted cream on top with a flake. (a cardiac nightmare) With the first try is it strange, kind of tempting but on the second one, your won over. It is a lovely expereince kind of sweet and sour but truly Devonshire.
