For a quick cheap way to eat in Tobago try one of their pizzas. The also have hogies which are 'real' nice. There are more than one location, one in town and the other in crown point. The Hawiian pizza was really nice, and the local way of eating it, is cover it in tomato ketchup and hot pepper sauce, strangely nice.
