Look away now Vegetarians! Yes this is really a Goats Brain Tagine. Don't bother asking me what it tasted like. Is declining your hosts hospitality really that bad? Sometimes not, and anyway I took this photograph for you ... so what's the problem?
It's the day after Eid, and this particular holy day celebrates Abraham being told by God that having to sacrifice his own son was only a joke. I was later told that over a million sheep are killed on this single day in Morocco alone, and that leaves allot of leftovers the next day!
