kiwi Joined: Sep 06 Points: 66 Posts: 2 Posted: 2006-09-16 01:01:00    im 24 from new zealand and have decided to go explore the world so booked a plane tickect and im off to south america to start on 3rd dec 06.. flying into lima in peru for 5 days then heading to huacachina, ballestas inslands & nazca then onto arequipa and colca canyon then cuzco and inca trail, then down to puno, lake titicaca and then into boliva to la paz. then flying to rio in brazil for new years @ copacabana then up to salvador, will be in south america total for 8 weeks. any info about transport, accomadation, clubs, food, do & don'ts, saftey tips and your personal experiences would be greatly appriciated, cheers! realize this is the south american forum but after south america heading to USA LA, vegas, san fran, miami, new york, then europe,london, amsterdam, athens & greek islands, spain & ibiza then thinking about asia (haven't planned asia yet) going to stay travelling for a couple of years in think so any thought & experiences on this would be really appriciated too! --- lx Reply    Reply with quote    Contact kiwi   aremisa Joined: Feb 06 Points: 66 Posts: 3 Posted: 2006-09-18 18:03:00    Hi your journey sounds great I´m from Peru I planed to travel from Lima , Arequipa,Cusco,Puno Bolivia y brasil . it`ll my second trip to Rio de Janeiro hope being on Carnaval Party Maybe we can join some of the route anyway I`m sure you are going to enjoy south America.
