one of the best hostels i stayed in China. Xi'an is a quaint little city protected by centuries old walls that still stand intact today. this hostel is staffed by friendly people, always happy to help you with any enquiry, they will even book your train ticket for you, as anyone who's travelled thru China on trains will know what a nightmare it can be trying to get your ticket. this hostel has offers great food, pots of jasmin tea my fav. also onsite massage therapist. communial tv/ free dvd films to watch. its clean, relaxed, offers security for passports and your money etc. internet, laundry and pick up service. its a peaceful hostel for travellers. the point of going to Xi'an is to visit the Terracotta Warriors unearthed in the region. the site is under roof, and is an ongoing dig, so when ever you visit they will have found more artifacts and warriors buried in the earth. the museum there is full of other things such as weapons, warrior armour and other period artifacts.
