Travel guide to Goodwick

There's not a lot to say about Goodwick except that it's near Fishguard and the Irish ferries but the area around it is packed with fine sights, which don't have anywhere to be rated as a separate place on a travel site. There is Strumble Head with its fine little lighthouse and seals nearly always to be heard [and often seen]. There's Carregwastad, where the last invasion of Britain took place in 1797.
Perhaps most spectacular of all is the view over the cliffs from near the youth hostel at Pwll Deri. There is a tiny beach way beneath you [it seems vertically] and in the spring and early summer there's no better place for seeing the wild flowers of the cliffs for which the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is noted.
With this less than a day old, I see a report that a Bronze Age burial site and remains of a 3000 year old farming settlement have been found near the ferry! [edit text] [editors]
