Sculpture on the Charles Bridge's by adampl

Prague - Czech Republic, Hlavni Mesto Praha The sculptures on the Charles Bridge are replicas. The original ones were made of sandstone and therefore would have been destroyed by the weather conditions long time ago. They were moved to other places, some of them you may see in the catacombs of the Vyšehrad stronghold.

davidx - Nov, 23 2007 10:11am Adam - good photo but I only like these from a distance myself. I find them too 'heavy' and formal close up. Everybody to their own taste!
