One of the best places I stayed at. It's quite basic with cold showers only and electricity between 6 and 11 p.m. (generator) but you can't forget you're in the heart of Borneo in pristine jungle. You can also have a jungle trek organized through the owner.
The owner, Douglas, and his family are very friendly and helpful, so you can feel there like at home. Douglas and his wife prepare perfect food and serve excellent sweet and juicy pineapples. When I was back from a jungle trek I only mentioned I loved their pineapples and in five minutes Douglas brought me a plate full of pineapples, although I didn't ask him for it. I loved their hospitality. If I could I would rate it more than three points :)
