I only booked a car from the town to Padang airport, so I can't recommend the whole scope of their services. I was very satisfied with the service. It was cheap (only 35 000 rupiah) and the car picked me up from the hotel. The girls working in the office are very friendly and helpful. They also helped me to book a hotel in Jakarta - without any fees, just doing me a favour.
